Founder Story
A journey built around people, patterns and practical transformation.
After years of working in business, leadership and entrepreneurship, I became fascinated by one question: Why do capable people remain stuck despite having the knowledge, goals and desire to change? That question led me on a journey of studying human behaviour, communication, emotional patterns and personal transformation.
Today, through BU by Bushra Usman, my mission is to help individuals and organisations create meaningful and lasting change through Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Time Line Therapy® Techniques, Coachings, Hypnotherapy and Trauma-Informed Approaches because real transformation begins when we address the root cause, not just the symptom.
